Return Policy

All unworn merchandise may gladly be returned in the form of original payment (or store credit) or exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase.


All merchandise must be returned in their original condition. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse return if these conditions are not met.


To initiate a return that was originally shipped, please email info@lakesideluxuries.com for further instructions. Please ship back merchandise and the original receipt to the address noted during contact. If you are local to Lake Ozark and would rather bring the return into our store front, please bring items to be returned along with the original receipt.


Once your package is received, please allow 3 business days for return processing. Once the return is processed, you will be notified by email of your store credit amount. Please allow 3 business days for the return to show on your credit card account.

We ensure that each bag or accessory is thoroughly inspected for quality and authenticated before shipment. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
